Who built this?

I'm Betra Youhanna, a fourth-year MBBCh student. I built this to get top-percentile grades in my own school, so I'm its first real test subject. I wanted more efficient studying for myself first, then for everyone else — so students don't just score better, but actually become better doctors. More about me and what exists today.

Is anyone using this yet?

No. TheStudyFix is pre-launch and nothing works for real yet. What exists is a clickable demo on one sample lecture, and invite-only access. There are no users, no testimonials and no outcome data. When that changes this line changes. The rest of what is not built is here.

Does it replace Anki?

It is meant to replace the part of Anki that decides what you review. It does not argue with the part that decides when. Spacing is one of the two best-evidenced findings in the whole field and nothing here disputes it. The disagreement is narrower: an algorithm picking the day for a pile of fragments is solving the wrong half of the problem, because the fragments were the problem.

Exporting your cards to Anki is planned. It is not built yet.

What happens to my material if I stop paying?

Nothing is on sale yet. Once it is: you get all of it, in full, free, on the way out. That is a commitment and it is written into the terms (section 9, the intended deal for the app) rather than left as a promise on a marketing page. There is no export fee and no hostage-taking of work you did.

Do you train on my lectures?

No. Nobody can upload a lecture yet, so nothing is held. Once uploading exists, your lecture stays yours. What will be held is a processing licence for the purpose of generating your material, and nothing wider: no training on it. The privacy page (section 7) sets this out. How long lectures are kept is not decided yet, and that page says so.
