Platform Roadmap.
TheStudyFix is pre-launch. Nothing works for real yet: you cannot make an account or upload a lecture, and nothing is generated from yours.
In the demo
A clickable demo of the app, on one sample lecture (acute kidney injury). The content is sample content and nothing you do in it is saved.
- The notes page
- Flashcards
- SBA questions
- A disease index
Upcoming Enterprise Features
- Uploading your own lecture
- The demo runs on one sample lecture only. Nothing is generated from yours.
- Accounts
- There is no login because there is nothing to log in to yet.
- Voice recording
- Speaking a blurt instead of typing it is not built.
- Anki export
- Planned, so your cards can leave in a format you already use. Not built.
- The lecture checklist
- What the lecture said you have to be able to do. Not built.
- The OSCE checklist
- Same status.
- The shrinking pile
- The idea that review load should go down as knowledge goes up is the thesis this whole product is organised around. It is not built. It is listed here so that nothing on this site can be mistaken for claiming it is.
No proof yet
- No users
- Nobody is using this yet. When somebody is, this line changes and nothing else on the page will need to.
- No testimonials
- There are none because there are no users. There will not be invented ones.
- No outcome data
- No grades, no hours saved, no comparison against what you are doing now. The learning science underneath is real and is cited at its honest strength; claims that this beats your current method are not made, because they have not been measured.
How the evidence is graded
Where the evidence is strong the word used is proven. Where it is moderate the word used is promising. That distinction is load-bearing and it does not get upgraded because a sentence would read better. Retrieval practice and spacing sit in the strong tier. Elaboration, self-explanation and interleaving sit in the moderate tier. Mnemonics, highlighting and rereading sit in the weak tier and are not sold as pillars.
